Role Description

• The BIM Manager will oversee and manage Building Information Modeling processes and standards across projects, ensuring accurate and coordinated digital representations of building designs.
• This full-time, on-site role in Singapore includes leading BIM coordination meetings, integrating architectural and MEP models, and resolving design clashes in collaboration with project teams.
• The BIM Manager will develop and maintain BIM execution plans, workflows, and templates, while supporting architects, engineers, and contractors in the use of BIM tools.
• Daily responsibilities also involve supervising model quality, managing data exchange with stakeholders, and providing training and guidance on BIM best practices.
• The role works closely with project leadership to support efficient design, documentation, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager on building or infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in developing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Proficient in BIM standards, workflows, coordination, and project delivery
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
