Core Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications utilizing .NET C# technologies.
  • Full SDLC Engagement: Actively participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from initial gathering of requirements through to design, coding, testing, development, and ongoing support.
  • Business Alignment: Partner closely with business users and stakeholders to analyze commercial requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Database Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, debug, and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Produce clear technical documentation and ensure all development aligns with established coding standards and industry best practices.
  • Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
  • System Evolution: Handle system enhancements, change requests, and troubleshoot production environment issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate legacy system and propose targeted enhancements to optimize performance, scalability and maintainability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in web development.
  • Proficient in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, CSS, or modern frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience in developing and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users and stakeholders.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design is preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking or financial services systems will be an added advantage.
