FORM Careers is partnering with a highly respected international design practice to appoint a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer for its Singapore studio.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects while working within a highly collaborative studio environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of premium interior projects, working closely with colleagues, consultants and clients throughout the design process. The role would suit someone with strong design instincts, excellent communication skills and the confidence to represent ideas in client-facing meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts alongside senior members of the design team.
• Produce design packages from concept through detailed design and documentation.
• Prepare presentation material including mood boards, drawings, visualisations and client presentations.
• Undertake space planning, material research and specification, together with FF&E selection and coordination.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and wider project teams throughout the design process.
• Participate in design reviews and presentations, clearly communicating design intent and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects progress smoothly while maintaining the highest design standards.
• Assist in managing project programmes, deliverables and design documentation.

About You:

• Degree qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
• Around 5 years' professional experience within an interior design or architecture practice.
• A portfolio demonstrating beautifully resolved luxury residential, hospitality or similarly high-quality interior projects.
• Strong understanding of space planning, detailing, materials and finishes.
• Confident communicating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Previous experience working on projects in the Middle East, particularly the UAE, would be advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a creative, fast-paced studio environment.
