Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage team performance to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and execute plans to achieve venue key performance indicators and targets.
• Facilitate training for team members on operational duties.
• Develop guest relationships and ensure excellent service.
• Utilize basic Visual Merchandising skills to enhance venue presentation.
• Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and assist with monthly stock-takes.
• Manage venue operations, including opening and closing procedures, and daily sales reporting.
• Apply conflict management skills to address and resolve feedback effectively.
• Facilitate venue events, collaborations, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Travel across Singapore as required by business needs.

Required Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar entertainment or retail setting.
• People Management Skills: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of 2 to 5 people.
• Personal Attributes: Friendly, sales-driven, meticulous, independent, and hands-on with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a dynamic work environment

Other Information:

• Working Days: Mon – Sun (2 off days in a week)
• Familiar with shift hours (typically 10am to 6pm or 3pm to 11pm)
• Available to work on weekends and holidays
• You will be given 1 Fri, 1 Sat, and 1 Sun off per month, the other off days will be mostly on off-peak weekdays
