Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated PMO intern to support the execution of SOX Centralization related projects within GBS Finance. This role offers hands-on exposure to project management, process transformation, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities. The intern will work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to support project planning, tracking, reporting, and communication efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring SOX Centralization related projects.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, milestones, action trackers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks, issues, or delays to project leads.
• Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives & timelines.
• Support change management and communication activities related to project implementation.
