The Jig & Fixture Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and validating jigs, fixtures, and tooling that support welding, fabrication, and assembly processes within the company. This role ensures that fixtures are designed to improve accuracy, repeatability, safety, and efficiency while aligning with product design requirements and manufacturing capabilities. The Jig & Fixture Engineer collaborates closely with Welding, Fabrication, and Production teams to enable high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field is preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in jig, fixture and tooling design within fabrication industry.
• Familiarity with welding fixtures, machining fixtures, and assembly jigs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with GD&T, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
