Role Description The ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications. The developer collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and optimize HR processes for efficiency and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include developing and testing enhancements, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment with best practices, security standards, and organizational policies. The role also involves supporting end users, providing technical guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with experience in HR processes and HR Service Delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, assess data, and optimize workflows.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with SAP HR and related SAP Products, or similar HR systems, to integrate and align solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration, scripting (JavaScript), and development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Understanding of ITIL practices, HR compliance standards, and secure development practices is an advantage.
