Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in creating content, managing social media, assisting with digital campaigns, and analysing marketing performance. This internship provides hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop practical digital marketing skills in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media formats, trends, and viral content ideas.
• Support the management of e-commerce platforms (eg: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc)
• Develop and manage affiliate programs.
• Monitor online platforms' engagement and respond to feedback promptly.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma /Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Design, or a related field
• Creative, enjoys creating content for fun
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Strong understanding of social medias and e-commerce operations
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Capcut and Canva, or equivalent
• Good communication and coordination skills
