We are looking for an Intern in Malaysia who will support our Agency team on operational, customer verification, and compliance-related activities. This internship provides valuable exposure to business processes, customer management, data analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication within a fast-paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer onboarding, information verification, documentation review, research activities, and operational excellence initiatives.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in reviewing customer and business information to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Conduct research using internal systems, public databases, company registries, websites, and other relevant sources to gather and verify information.
  • Support customer onboarding, account maintenance, and information verification processes.
  • Communicate with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze customer profiles and business information to identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or areas requiring further review.
  • Escalate complex cases or concerns to relevant teams for further assessment and resolution.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries from internal stakeholders and support teams.
  • Assist in preparing reports, case summaries, and business documentation when required.
  • Support internal reviews, audits, operational projects, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality, professionalism, and customer experience in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc assignments, special projects, and other responsibilities assigned by management.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance or any other related field
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong research and information-gathering capabilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to complete a minimum of 6 months internship.
