Responsibilities
Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services (Onboarding & Offboarding)
Salary: Up to $3,000/month
Contract: 1-Year Agency Contract (1-month gratuity subject to work performance)
Work Location: Jurong West (Occasional deployment to another west-side office if required)
Job Responsibilities
Support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, processes, and programmes.
Partner with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to provide quality HR support.
Administer and execute onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for employees.
Ensure HR services are delivered in compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate HR records and update HR systems promptly.
Handle HR documentation, data management, and administrative support.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Able to manage high-volume work while maintaining confidentiality.
Comfortable working under tight timelines and adapting to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and handling large volumes of data.
Organised, meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong team-player attitude.
