Job Summary

Assist the Property Manager in property management, rental and utilities payment collections, checking property conditions, preparing property reports, and assisting tenants with water & electricity meter applications and handover of premises to new tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Seek potential tenants for managed properties.
• Arrange site visits with potential tenants for managed properties.
• Collect and monitor rental payments.
• Conduct market surveys on property rental rates.
• Liaise with contractors on renovation, repairs, and maintenance works.
• Assist tenants with water & electricity meter applications.
• Coordinate handover of premises to new tenants.
• Resolve tenant complaints and enforce community rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, property leasing or property management.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
