Responsibilities
Hiring: Junior PMO (Banking Industry) | KL
We are looking for a Junior PMO to support project governance, reporting, and coordination activities for a leading banking client. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in project management within a structured financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and delivery of projects
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
• Assist in project governance activities, including meeting coordination and minutes
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-ups
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and vendors
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Project Support roles
• Exposure to banking or financial services projects is an advantage
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall or Agile)
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project is a plus
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Nice to Have:
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CAPM certification (or currently pursuing)
• Experience in regulatory or compliance-driven environments
