Responsibilities
Royal Care Medical is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinic Assistant (Permanent Role) to join our team in our Yishun clinic. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our clinics.
If you are interested in a part-time position, please state so in your application - rate is $10/hour, have to be able to work at least 2 weekday nights and 1 full weekend shift and commit for at least 1 year.
What you'll be doing
Registering and providing frontline service to patients
Dispensing of medications and collecting payment
Submission of TPA / CHAS claims
Ensuring the clinic maintains a clean, organised, and professional environment at all times
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Previous experience working as a clinic assistant or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues effectively
Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, public holidays, as per rostered (44 hours or below)
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
