Responsibilities
Recruitment Consultants work with client companies in hiring for the right talents to meet to their business needs and organization growth. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is highly dynamic, getting in touch with many of the leading business players, and providing them with the most work-effective solutions for their human capital.
You will be trained to be a specialist consultant, reaching out to the right candidates, by developing effective search strategies, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally creating a good fit of candidates for the clients. Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, recruitment market and career progression and opportunities.
• Handle recruitment projects that include but not limited to execute effective recruitment strategies and avenues to achieve staffing requirements of clients;
• Develop strong rapport with the candidates;
• Initiate and execute effective marketing strategies from conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, connecting to the decision makers to signing off service agreements with new clients
• Build and maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients, for continued recruitment business with each client;
• Provide other areas of support in the achievement of the business objectives and goals of the Company
Job Requirement:
• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
