Responsibilities
Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator @ West Area
Salary: $3000 - $3500 / month + Allowance after probation
Location: West Region
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.00am – 5.45pm
What You'll Do
Coordinate shipment schedules with customers, forwarders and warehouse teams
Arrange inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure smooth operations
Respond to customer enquiries on stock availability and shipment status
Prepare delivery documents, billing summaries and warehouse-related paperwork
Generate monthly KPI reports and analyse operational performance
Work closely with internal teams to resolve shipment issues promptly
Assist in monthly stock takes and inventory reconciliation
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics coordination
Logistics arrangement or shipment coordination experience is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
