Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, approvals, and status updates.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and completed on time.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting recaps, project trackers, reports, timelines, briefs, and other supporting materials.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential delays, risks, or issues to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support campaign-related tasks such as system setup coordination, testing, data checking, reporting, fulfilment tracking, and post-campaign updates where required.
- Ensure project details, requirements, and client feedback are properly recorded and followed through.
- Assist in improving internal workflows, templates, and project processes to support smoother project delivery.
