We are seeking a professional and dedicated Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent massage and body treatment skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers relax and improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, body scrub, body wrap, and other wellness therapies.
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
• Ensure customers receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional spa experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, equipment, and supplies before each session.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records and appointment details.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards at all times.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Environment

• Spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, resort spa, or massage establishment.
• Customer-facing, hands-on treatment role.
