As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team ( Finance ) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.

Job Description
As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team ( Finance ) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.
Responsibilities
- Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking project activities, timelines and milestones
- Set up and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Finance, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
