PSA Singapore Hiring! Full Time Senior Procurement Executive - Assistant Manager in - Ricebowl

Job Duties:

Support Oracle Fusion Utilization:

1. Support the adoption of key features across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules
2. Track and optimize systems utilization for the global PSA Procurement teams
3. Support the integration of Oracle Fusion with other business systems and processes as necessary
4. Support global and local process documentation
5. upport global licensing strategy related to S2P module

Continuous Improvement:

1. Support the testing of features from Oracle Redwood User Interface rollout and quarterly release updates.
2. Work with a network of super users within PSA to support the optimization and troubleshooting
3. Support an ongoing learning and communications channel for staff onboarding and system competency development
4. Support user training initiatives, including onboarding, refresher sessions, and the development of user guides, to drive user adoption
5. Upgrade existing performance dashboards and management reports to enable top quartile performance

Work scope:

• 90% work for Business Units in Asia timezones (GMT+7-9)
• 10% support for global adoption and improvement projects in the use of the Procurement Modules
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of procurement experience in:
• End-to-end comprehension of procurement processes (sourcing, procure-to-pay, contract management)
• Execution experiences in Procurement processes and systems change management
• Experience with e-procurement software/platform (e.g. Oracle Fusion, Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, etc)
• Degree in supply chain or related fields will be advantageous
• Data and process driven
• Resourceful and driven to troubleshoot and develop solutions for process flows and systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different disciplines
• CIPS certifications will be viewed favourably
