Location: Bangi/Malaysia

Duration: 1 year extendable contract

Only locally available candidates will be considered in KL

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in established financial or non-financial institutions (2 years in PMO role).
• Proven track record in supporting projects and office management.
• Structured and organized as well as detailed in carrying out administrative tasks Swift response to new requests and effective follow up and communication skills
• Understand the Department's strategic objectives, its business model and industry landscape.
• Good relationship building and team working skills
• Maintain and update risk, issue, and change request (CR) logs, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Track mitigation and resolution actions and ensure timely follow-through with relevant stakeholders.
• Documentation & Governance Support
• Support preparation and maintenance of project reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Assist in the preparation, compilation, and finalization of project-related documents, including coordination of approvals and sign-offs.
• Ensure proper documentation filing and maintenance in accordance with PMO standards.
• Support the preparation and updating of project artefacts and checklists (e.g. RAID logs, project documentation).
• Support overall project administration, including budgeting coordination, reporting, and general PMO activities.
