1.Ratings

Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the Ratings Department;

Manage all sailors, including training and development, performance management, staff discipline, etc.;

Review and approve duty rosters and manpower deployment plans;

Support and assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Division's Safety Management System (SMS);

Ensure all crew members are adequately trained, competent and compliant with relevant maritime regulations and company procedures;

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

2.Launch Crew

Responsibilities:
Oversee the Launch Crew Department to ensure safe and efficient tugboat operations in compliance with applicable regulations and policies;

Monitor operational performance and ensure adherence to safety, quality and operational standards;

Coordinate and communicate closely with Operations Control Centre and user departments for daily towing service and operational arrangements;

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in the maritime industry, including shipboard operations and crew management;

Strong problem solving, analytical and leadership skills;

Good communication skills;

Possession of relevant professional qualifications is an added advantage;

Those with less working experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager.
