Job Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and maintain the organization’s entire IT infrastructure, including on-premises servers, cloud platforms, network devices, storage systems, endpoints, and communication systems.

Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and capacity planning for core business systems (HIS, CRM, HRIS, email, file services, and other applications).

Strong networking background: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, firewall configuration, LAN/WAN architecture, enterprise Wi-Fi design & wireless roaming, CCTV network layout and video storage architecture.

Hand-on experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Linux, VMware ESX Center, and Veeam Backup;

Oversee daily IT operations, system backups, disaster recovery execution, and scheduled maintenance windows to minimize business downtime.

Manage cybersecurity defenses, including firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, zero-trust access, vulnerability scanning, and patch management.

Troubleshoot critical system outages, network failures, and performance bottlenecks, leading root-cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.

Develop and enforce company IT security policies, access control rules, data protection protocols, and acceptable use policies.

Lead, mentor, and manage the internal IT team, including performance management, goal setting, training, and career development.

Lead end-to-end IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementation, network renovation, and digital workflow optimization.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to understand business requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.

Prepare regular IT performance reports, including system uptime, security status, ticket metrics, budget consumption, and project progress for management.

Translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor in Computer Science / IT or related disciplines

10+ years of IT infrastructure or user support experience

On-call availability for after-hours critical IT and security emergencies

Fluent English and Cantonese

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication capabilities

Responsible, proactive, innovative and a strong team player
