Ateliers Pinton is a renowned French manufacturer of bespoke luxury rugs and carpets, with over 150 years of craftsmanship. Working with leading architects, interior designers and hospitality brands, we create custom flooring solutions for prestigious residential, hospitality and commercial projects across Asia.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to join our Hong Kong office.

This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating projects, working with international teams and delivering excellent customer service. As part of our small Asia team, you will gain broad exposure to the entire project lifecycle while working closely with our manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project documentation.
  • Prepare contracts, invoices and monitor payment schedules.
  • Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing teams in Europe and Asia.
  • Arrange shipping, logistics and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, customer and project records.
  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations and customer communications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience.
  • Experience in sales support, project coordination, commercial administration or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good numerical and analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, dependable and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or genuine interest in interior design, architecture, furniture, luxury finishes or the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Mandarin is highly desirable.
