Hiring! Full Time WAREHOUSE - LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE in Johor - Ricebowl

·       Oversee and manage daily Warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and inventory control.

·       Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including Storekeeper, Supervisors and Warehouse Admin team

·       Ensure full compliance with LMW procedure and custom regulations.

·       Prepare the monthly and annual custom report for submission, application, renewal in timely manner.

·       To liase with government authority for any license requirements

·       Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock count, and ensure proper documentation and traceability

·       Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including shipment planning, delivery schedules and transportation management.

·       Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.

·       Identify and implement process improvements for productivity and cost reduction, for Quarterly review with superior.

·       Coordinate and arranging of waste/scrap item collected and arrange with scrap collector

·       Liaise with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, QA and Program) and external parties (Forwarder, custom agent)

·       Coordinate with team to raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for raw materials, and other items that related.

·       Ensure compliance with cGMP, Safety and regulatory requirements where applicable
