Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Conduct electrical engineering tasks such as wiring, sensor integration, and system commissioning.
- Perform testing and validation of company new products to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, training materials, and customer reports.
- Identify product issues, liaise with overseas suppliers, and prepare warranty claim reports when necessary.
- Assist in product demonstrations and customer training sessions to showcase the capabilities of our company product.
- Generate weekly technical activity reports.
- A diploma or degree in engineering or a related field (Mechatronics or E&E will be an advantage).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with automation industry will be an advantage.
- Basic programming knowledge in PLC or PC-based languages will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and automation.
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess own car for local customer travel.
- Overseas or outstation travel may be required.
- Based in Georgetown, Penang.
