Mi Equipment Hiring! Full Time Internship for Facilities Management- Building Services students in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

• Facilities Project & Job Management: Manage, co-ordinate and follow-up facilities project, scheduled maintenance and repairs job with internal stakeholder and contractors

• Maintenance Assistance: Support both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including routine building and equipment checks

• Data & Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing date on facility performance, space utilization, and service levels, and prepare reports for management

• Site Support: Conduct routine walk-throughs, assist with site inspections, and log follow-up items.

• Project Support: Assist with administrative tasks during capital project planning and execution

• Sustainability & Improvement Projects: Assist with energy-saving initiatives, process improvement, and cost-saving projects.

• Health, Safety & Compliance: Support workplace safety and cleanliness, assist with safety inspections and license/certificate management, and participate in EHS program planning.

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management, or other related fields

• Familiarity with facilities management systems and databases is an added advantage

• Proactive and eager to learn about facilities operations, maintenance, and management

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in following up maintenance or project tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• A minimum internship duration of 3 months is preferred
