Hiring: Automotive Sales Assistant

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with all post-sales processes after a vehicle is sold

• Arrange vehicle collection, delivery, and transfers

• Upload and manage vehicle advertisements on online platforms

• Assist with documentation, insurance, JPJ, and administrative tasks

• Organize vehicle information, photos, and sales records

• Perform other duties assigned by the management

Requirements

Strong execution and able to complete tasks independently

Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail

Punctual, responsible, and self-disciplined

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Email)

Able to follow instructions and provide regular progress updates

Good communication and organizational skills

Possess a valid driving licence (preferred)
