Your RPA depth is the foundation we’re hiring for. Any AI experience you bring is a head start, not a prerequisite. What we need is someone who is proud of their automation craft and genuinely curious about where AI can take it — we’ll back you with the learning, mentorship, and real client problems to grow from there. 

What You'll Do 

• Design and build end-to-end RPA solutions using both UiPath and Automation Anywhere — you know both platforms well and can move between them depending on what the client needs

• Learn to develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows — from prompt engineering and tool calling to orchestration and memory management — with support and structured learning from the team

• Work towards integrating AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, document understanding, NLP, vision) into automation pipelines as your AI skills develop

• Write clean, production-grade Python to build agent logic, API integrations, custom tools, and automation scripts 

• Analyse client business processes and translate them into scalable automation and AI-powered solutions

• Own your delivery — from design through to UAT and production go-live

• Create technical documentation: PDDs, SDDs, architecture diagrams, and test scripts

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and explain complex AI behaviour in plain language

• Contribute to pre-sales scoping, PoC builds, and proposals

• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and share knowledge internally 

What We're Looking For 

• 3–6 years of hands-on RPA development with both UiPath and Automation Anywhere — experience across both platforms is required, not just one

• Proven delivery of full-cycle automation projects — you've seen a bot or agent go from design to production

• Strong process analysis mindset — you can map a workflow before you touch a keyboard

• Solid exception handling, logging, and production-grade development practices

• Experience integrating with REST APIs, databases, and third-party systems

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery

• Excellent English communication — written and verbal

• Client-facing or consulting experience is a plus

• UiPath and Automation Anywhere certification — holding active certifications in both platforms is strongly preferred and signals the depth of expertise we’re looking for

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) in the context of AI/ML deployment is a plus 

Nice to Have 

• Python development skills — you write clean, well-structured code, not just scripts

• Exposure to Power Automate or M365 automation

• Knowledge of containerisation (Docker) and basic DevOps for agent deployment

• GitHub/version control discipline in a team environment

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)

• Some familiarity with LLM concepts (prompt engineering, tool calling, context windows, agent loops) — even from self-study or experimentation — is a plus

• Any hands-on exposure to AI agent development — agentic frameworks, tool use, RAG pipelines, or LLM orchestration — is a genuine bonus, but not required
