Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales for the Mass Merchandise (MM) and Chain Stores channel.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

• Coordinate and execute redemption programs and project sales activities.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and timely delivery.

• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business reviews using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Travel across Malaysia to visit customers, conduct business reviews, and support sales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in any industry.

• Experience in the electrical appliances or consumer electronics industry is an added advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
