Ray Dental is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive patient acquisition , treatment acceptance and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, following up on treatment plans, promoting dental services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from first contact through treatment completion

Key Resposibilities

- respond promptly to inquiries via phone calls, whatsapp, social media and walk ins

-convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment cases

-achieve monthly sales and conversion targets set by management

- work closely with dentists and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient journey

- create engaging content videos , patient testimonials and promotional materials for our social media platform

- develop partnerships with corporations, schools, insurance providers and local business

-manage patient feedback and online reviews

- maintain marketing database and lead-tracking records

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
