We're seeking a detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Executive to support import and export operations. The successful candidate will manage customs clearance documentation, coordinate with shipping partners, and ensure smooth cargo movement while maintaining compliance with customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import and export customs clearance documentation.
• Verify HS Codes and applicable duties and taxes.
• Prepare shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
• Ensure documentation accuracy before submission.
• Liaise with Customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment progress and customs clearance timelines.
• Ensure timely cargo release and resolve shipment delays or clearance issues.
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Customs Clearance.
• Experience handling import and export documentation.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
