Responsibilities :

• 1 year of IT Recruitment experience (external or internal recruiter with recruitment experience is great)
• Carry out complete recruitment process (Job posting, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, interview arrangements with interviewer and follow up with interviewers on the interview result)
• Handle onboarding process for new resources (onsite)
• Submit suitable profiles to client on timely manner.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, hands on and a positive attitude are essential
• Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment including learning new processes and system
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to fresh graduate with internship experience in IT recruitment process

Requirements :

• Able to focus completely on recruitment and can work in fast-paced
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
