JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle full set of account and manages full spectrum of accounting functions, budget, audit, Internal reporting and external reporting:
• Prepare and updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger.
• Preparing monthly financial management reports.
• Liaise with bankers, auditor (year-end Financial Audit/Financial Statement), tax agent and corporate secretary, local government authority and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Managing petty cash transactions by preparing payments and verifying petty cash document.
• Performing bank deposits and withdrawal and monitor daily bank balance and cash flow.
• Ensure debtor aging & creditor aging to manage payment on time.
• Reconciles financial discrepancy.
• Prepare payment vouchers, issuance of cheque and initiate online banking payments.
• Preparation of claims and commissions payment.
• Perform interim stock take audit

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferably 4 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Well verse in Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command in English/Bahasa Malaysia and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Self-motivated, result orientated, meticulous and work with high integrity.
• Experience handling full set of accounts in F & B industry is added advantage.
• Able to start immediately.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
