JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive supports day-to-day marketing execution including content creation, posting schedules, campaign materials, influencer coordination, and basic performance tracking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Content Creation

• Produce short-form videos (OOTD, BTS, trending sounds).
• Create photo content for lookbooks, styling guides, flatlays, and outfit inspirations.
• Support content production for lifestyle and fashion storytelling.

2. Exploring & Expanding into New Platforms

• Research and identify new digital platforms suitable for the brand.
• Support content production and posting for newly adopted platforms.
• Adapt content style and format according to platform trends.

3. Social Media Posting & Management

• Schedule and upload content based on the marketing calendar.
• Ensure consistency in posting and brand tone.
• Assist with community engagement when required.

4. Campaign Support

• Prepare materials for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with WhatsApp posters, lookbooks, and product highlights.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate product details.

5. Influencer & UGC Coordination

• Reach out to creators for seeding and collaborations.
• Track deliverables and maintain the creator list.
• Assist with communication and follow-ups.

6. Basic Data Tracking

• Monitor performance (views, engagement, saves, shares).
• Prepare simple weekly reports.
• Suggest content ideas based on trends and results.

7. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

• Handle any additional tasks or assignments as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years experience in marketing or content creation.
• Basic writing skills and social media familiarity.
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and organized.
