Full Time Vision Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Advantek Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Bayan Lepas - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for programming and maintaining carrier tape vision inspection equipment and winding systems used in the production of embossed carrier tapes. Diagnoses and repairs issues that arise during production. Supports the Vision Engineering team by providing solutions to daily operational challenges, improving performance metrics, and resolving customer incidents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Sets up vision programs for formed tape during each change order, using correct and optimized vision parameters.

· Sets up single/level wind units during each change order to ensure high-quality winding results.

· Addresses production downtimes related to winding and vision issues to maintain productivity.

· Maintains vision systems and their components to ensure high-quality inspection results.

· Maintains Level Wind machines, Inner Wrap Modules, and Brush Blower Vacuums to ensure they remain in optimal condition and do not induce quality issues.

· Troubleshoots vision and winding problems on the line, including program settings, lighting, camera settings, and both electrical and mechanical issues.

· Assembles electro-mechanical components as needed.

· Takes actions to meet or improve individual and team performance indicators.

· Performs Image Viewer Review (IVR) every 4 hours to verify vision images, auditing decisions made by press operators and applying necessary corrective actions as required.

· Participates in planning for policies, procedures, systems, problem-solving, and performance monitoring by serving on committees, task forces, and project teams.

· Performs additional duties related to and implied by the responsibilities listed above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
