Job Responsibilities

• Reports to the Nurse Manager/ SSN/ SN at the start of the clinic to obtain necessary instruction.
• Monitor patient flow and communication including wait time in the registration and clinical areas throughout the day.
• Perform all the available functions of Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Ensure consultant rooms are clean, appropriated stocked and facilities functioning well.
• Creating positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patient.
• Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM, prefered Diploma in Healthcare is an addvantage.
• Experience in healthcare setting is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
