POSITION: WIREMAN PW4

LOCATION: KUALA LUMPUR

WORKING DAYS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | SATURDAY (HALFDAY)

WORKING HOURS: 8.30AM - 5.30PM | 8.30AM - 12.30PM

MINIMUM: WIREMAN CERTIFICATE (PW4)

RANGE SALARY: RM 2000 - RM 2500 + OT

INTAKE: IMMEDIATELY

Wireman Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for electrical-related complaints from end users or clients.
• Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance for electrical systems.
• Support day-to-day operations and assist the Building Leader as required.
• Assist and collaborate with other maintenance trades when needed.
• Supervise service contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Take responsibility for tools, PPE, spare parts, and inventory stock.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and clients on operational matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or company.

Technician Requirements:

• Must possessed PW4 Certificate

Fresh Graduate are Encourage to Apply

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property/facilities management.
• Strong understanding of building services for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Computer literate.
