• Full Set Accounting: Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries using the SQL Accounting system.
• Month-end Closing: Perform month-end closing tasks in a timely manner, including preparing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules for accruals and prepayments.
• Intercompany Transactions: Process and reconcile intercompany billings and payments between Manufacturing units (ERP system) and the Trading entity (SQL system), ensuring all balances are accurately matched.
• Fixed Assets & Inventory: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and support monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting of cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Taxation Support: Assist in preparing SST (Sales and Service Tax) workings and ensure all tax-related documentation is properly organized for audit purposes.
• Audit Readiness: Prepare audit schedules and gather supporting documents (e.g., vouchers, invoices, receipts) for the annual statutory audit.
• Financial Reporting: Support the Finance Supervisor/Manager in preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet reports for management review.
• Ad-hoc Assignments: Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management from time to time to support business operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
