• Supervise daily restaurant operations in accordance with established work procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure prompt, friendly, and high-quality customer service.
• Handle customer payments and assist in clearing tables when required.
• Ensure food and beverage orders are taken accurately according to SOPs.
• Train service crew on menu items, including content, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing sales, promotion, and discount reports.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of up to 10 employees.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
