Full Time Sales Officer Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in SFP TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD Simpang Ampat - Ricebowl

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely production, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor order status, customer requirements, and payment follow-ups while maintaining accurate sales records.
• Address customer feedback, complaints, and requests, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure all sales documentation complies with ISO 9001 procedures, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
• Liaise with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Store, and Accounts departments to support smooth business operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, comply with 5S practices, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
