The Junior QA & QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards before they reach the consumer. This role involves inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Junior QA & QC Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

Inspection and Testing:

· Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

· Use precision measuring tools and equipment to check dimensions, color, weight, texture, and other characteristics.

· To have a caring attitude for equipment, tools and parts used during assembling of systems.

· Perform functional tests to ensure product performance meets specifications.

· Maintain high quality and quantity of production and maintain high morale among workers.

· To maintain safe, clean working conditions and good working environments.

· Assist to ensure tools, equipment and measuring instrument are calibrated (if needed), controlled and fit to use

Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and test results.

· Document and report any defects or non-conformities found during inspections.

· Prepare and submit quality reports to the Project Manager.

Compliance and Standards:

· Ensure products comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.

· Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes.

Continuous Improvement:

· Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming products.

· Suggest improvements to the quality control processes and procedures.

· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality.
