Requirements :

• Basic kitchen knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Basic personal hygiene & kitchen safety
• Basic knife cutting skill
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but entry level candidates are welcome
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public hoidays
• Able to follow standardized recipes and detailed intstruction

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and cooking for daily MEP & operations
• Follow FIFO and proper temperature control for raw and cooked items
• Assist in receiving, checking and stroring raw materials
• Follow SOPs for cross contamination prevention, especially between raw and cooked items
• Comply with food safety policies
• Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, post, filters and workstations
• Assist with daily opening and closing kitchen procedures
• Support stock count, basic inventory checks and waste control
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
