GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure the day-to-day operational efficiency on all maintenance work such as M&E, air-conditioning, lightings, AHU, lifts & escalators of the building.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily routine check on all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Operations of the building.
• To ensure that all breakdowns such as M&E, air-conditioning, lightings, lifts & escalators are rectified.
• To attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints.
• To organise and change all light fittings.
• To repair and maintain all aspect of maintenance of the the building
• To operate and ensure that all M&E equipment & spare parts are in good condition.
• To perform weekly cleaning of the M&E rooms.
• To insulate lighting to areas without tenant.
• Regular Check and Operation of Equipment
• To ensure all common lightings are in good condition.
• To ensure all plumbing works are repair and in good condition.
• To trouble-shoot operational problems.
• To monitor and record daily consumption.
• To record any works carried out for tenants.
• To record servicing works carried out for all M&E works.
• To record all event and utilities readings
• To protect all M&E equipment.
• To ensure air handling unit (AHU) / lights are turn on / off according to schedule.
• To perform all other work as and when assigned.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
