1. Business & Financial Management
- Assume full responsibility for the outlet's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Review and analyse monthly Profit & Loss statements and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Monitor key financial indicators including revenue, gross profit, food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, payroll cost, and operating expenses.
- Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and business projections.
- Conduct monthly business performance reviews and present recommendations to the owner.
- Implement corrective actions to address financial variances and improve profitability.
- Ensure all expenditures are managed within approved budgets and financial guidelines.
2. Operations Management
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Ensure all operational procedures and service standards are consistently followed.
- Monitor outlet performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all equipment, facilities, and assets are properly maintained.
3. Inventory & Procurement Management
- Establish and maintain effective inventory management and stock control systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Monitor stock movement and investigate inventory variances.
- Minimise wastage, spoilage, and pilferage through effective controls.
- Ensure optimum stock levels are maintained to support business operations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to obtain the best value and quality.
- Monitor purchasing activities to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
4. Cost Control & Payroll Management
- Monitor and control food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, utility cost, and operating expenses.
- Analyse cost trends and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop manpower plans and staff schedules based on business volume and operational requirements.
- Monitor payroll expenses, overtime, allowances, and staffing costs to ensure alignment with budget.
- Identify productivity improvements while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational standards.
5. Sales, Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Drive outlet promotions, special events, loyalty programmes, and community engagement initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with marketing partners and vendors to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Recommend menu improvements and pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
6. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
- Address customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Review online ratings and customer feedback from all platforms and take appropriate action.
- Build long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
7. Leadership & Human Resource Management
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop all outlet employees.
- Recruit, train, and retain competent team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Manage disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure all employees understand and comply with operational standards and procedures.
8. Compliance, Safety & Administration
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, health, and local authority requirements.
- Maintain all necessary licences, permits, and certifications.
- Ensure workplace safety practices are implemented and maintained.
- Prepare and submit operational, financial, inventory, and manpower reports to the owner.
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions where required.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
