We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Hospitality Management Interns who are passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Support daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and guest service activities.
• Assist supervisors in maintaining service quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Learn and apply Haidilao's hospitality standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak periods.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Participate in staff training, team meetings, and operational projects as assigned.
• Support inventory checks, shift preparation, and other operational duties when required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Strong passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
