Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Acoustical)
• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Experience in speaker manufacturing is preferred
• Experience in NPI, new project launch, trial run, and mass production
• Knowledge in process improvement, troubleshooting, and production optimization
• Familiar with problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, 8D, DOE, DMAIC, and Minitab
• Knowledge in PFMEA, Control Plan, OEE, line balancing, and capacity planning
• Experience in CAD software for jig and fixture design
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

• Support new project launch from development stage until mass production
• Participate in trial runs and identify production issues
• Support SAP routing setup and update manufacturing documents
• Ensure production process meets quality and company standards
• Develop error-proofing solutions to prevent production mistakes
• Check and verify jigs, fixtures, and equipment before production use
• Manage engineering changes and process improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Conduct Gemba audits and ensure operators follow standard work
• Improve production efficiency, OEE, cycle time, and manpower usage
• Perform line balancing and identify production bottlenecks
• Support PFMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain updated process documents and manufacturing layouts
• Support CAPEX and cost improvement projects
• Work closely with cross-functional and global engineering teams

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
