Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing comprehensive support for hardware, software, and core network connectivity. You will be responsible for maintaining our device fleet, managing systems via modern cloud and on-premise tools, and ensuring our infrastructure remains secure and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

End-User & Hardware Support:

Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Perform hardware maintenance, repairs, and imaging.

Systems Management:

Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory (AD).

Deploy software, patches, and configurations using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

Execute Windows OS upgrades and ensure all machines are compliant with corporate security policies.

Infrastructure & Security:

Manage and monitor security updates and endpoint protection.

Provide basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity).

Continuous Improvement:

Maintain documentation for technical procedures and knowledge base articles.

Actively participate in training and stay current with evolving technology.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
