Business Administrative ExecutivePosition Summary

Urban Farm Tech is looking for a proactive and organized Business Administrative Executive to support our daily business operations. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer orders, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication with customers from enquiry to payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and receipts.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and maintain accurate payment records.
• Coordinate customer orders with the operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and assist in converting leads into customers.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM or sales database.
• Assist the sales team with administrative documentation and project coordination.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and customer visits when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and administrative reports.
• Perform general office administration, filing, and document management.
• Support management with other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Experience with accounting or invoicing software is an advantage.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
