AYC F&B Hiring! Full Time Account Assistant (Account Payable - Full Set) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
• Process supplier invoices
• Prepare payment (cheque / online transfer)
• Maintain supplier statements & reconciliation
• Ensure all invoices and documents are properly recorded and filed
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reports
• Monitor expenses and support cost control
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on payment matters
• Support audit and accounting documentation
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Experience in distributor/FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software & Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot is a bonus).
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
