AYC F&B Hiring! Full Time Account Assistant (Account Receivable) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
• Update and record daily collections (cash, cheque, bank transfer).
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and prepare SOA.
• Coordinate with Sales & Warehouse on invoice or delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of AR documents (invoices, DOs, payment slips).
• Assist with month-end closing and prepare AR reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Experience in distributor/FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot is a bonus).
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
